1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the PIOM OPTIMIST TRADE SRL website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Industrial Equipment Sales

All sales of industrial machinery and commercial products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply or to refuse any order.

3. Quotations & Pricing

For high-value equipment, prices shown online are for reference only. A formal quotation issued by our sales team is required for final commercial agreements. Quotations are valid for the period specified in the document.

4. Payment Terms

Payment must be received in full before equipment dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing. For special-order products or large machinery, a non-refundable deposit may be required.

5. QuickBooks Online Administrative Connector

PIOM may provide an optional QuickBooks Online connector for authorized administrators. The connector is an administrative accounting feature that may create or synchronize customer records, items, Sales Receipts, order references, payment references, shipping charges, discounts, and tax information after a transaction is completed through an enabled payment method.

The QuickBooks connector is not a substitute for professional accounting, legal, or tax advice. Administrators remain responsible for reviewing synchronized entries, account mappings, inventory classifications, tax treatment, reconciliation, financial statements, and filing obligations. A synchronization error or delay does not cancel, reverse, or invalidate a customer order or completed payment.

QuickBooks is operated by Intuit and is subject to Intuit's terms, privacy policy, service availability, account requirements, and API limitations. PIOM does not control Intuit's service. Administrators may disconnect QuickBooks at any time, but records already created in either system may remain as part of each system's accounting and legal history.

6. Third-Party Services

The website may connect with payment, shipping, mapping, communication, and accounting providers. Use of those services may require separate provider accounts and is governed by the provider's terms and privacy practices. PIOM is not responsible for an outage, rejection, delay, data-entry requirement, or policy decision made by a third-party provider.

7. Limitation of Liability

PIOM OPTIMIST TRADE SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the equipment purchased through our platform, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
